8th Week, Aug 4-5

After leaving Port Delhousie and the Welland Canal entrance, we pasted the Niagara River. There wasn't a good place to stay so we continued on to Wilson.

Before leaving the Niagara River I took this picture of the Coast Guard Station and Fort Niagara just above it.

Entrance to Wilson.

Wilson is a little town with a popular harbor. Most of the boaters are from down state. It is also popular with Canadians. A week prior to being here we were at Oakville, Ont. and Six boats were heading here for weekend of partying.

Put 300 gallon of fuel @ $3.10. He put us just off the gas dock for $41 dockage. We haven't anchored out yet.

The town about one mile from the harbor. Deb worked and I took the cycle to Fort Niagara, at Youngstown, New York.
